My programs will work for anyone who listens to my advice and implements it in their every day life. As I don’t just work with you on an hourly basis I am with you as much as I possible can be.

Yes I know 100% that my programs will work for you and anyone that is committed. I also share amazing pointers and suggestions through my Facebook page and email list. I offer a guarantee; if you don’t see any results in the first month I will refund you completely.
What results can I expect?
Due to my passion for my job and for a healthy lifestyle I try and make it as simple as I can for you to get the results that you want. This being said you will need to put effort into changing your lifestyle and eating habits. The more you do this the more drastic your results will be!
How Quickly can I expect results?
Many of my clients have seen results within the first month, others within the first 2 weeks of working with me. It sounds great but I just don’t have the time…

Do I need to be fit to keep up in sessions?
I push individuals to their own limits, it will always be hard but I never tell anyone to do something that would be dangerous or too much for them to handle.
Is it going to be hard work?
Yes; my sessions are made to be challenging and to push you but I also make them as fun as I can. As I have said, you will need to be committed to training and adjusting your lifestyle otherwise you won’t get the results that you want.
Do I need to follow a specific food plan?
No, there is no specific food plan. I will give food advice plans on packages but that depends on the package you decide to take out. In all of the packages I will look over your food to identify how to get you the quickest and safest results. 80% of any body goals is achieved through nutrition.
