This program is specifically made for people that struggle with tight muscles, aches and pains, often people looking at this would have tightness in their shoulders, lower backs and sometimes necks.
This is for people that struggle with bad joints, worried about their backs and have constant aches and pains. This program has been made specifically to ease if not get rid of all aches and pains and make it easier to move at all points of the day! including just after getting out of bed!
This package includes 4 weeks of classes in order to slow ease you into Pilates and be able to strengthen back and joints over the 4 weeks.
I’ll give you advice when doing Pilates so you’re getting the maximum effect from the workout in order to alleviates those aches and pains quickly.
This is a fun upbeat class that breaks down every movement so everyone can get it! Filled with like-minded people who are all working towards a similar goal you’ll be welcomed with open arms as you each learn and move together in order to become healthy and fit!
